Qt Designer is not very useful for Myth GUI design, because of all the 
custom UI classes & theming.

Some folks use KDevelop or anjuta; whatever you're comfortable with.  
IIRC someone was even using an IDE under Windows for all their code 
browsing/editing, then switch to a Linux environment to compile/test.

I personally use a text editor and an xterm, and many of the main 
developers do as well, from what I hear.
