It won't hold up in Dutch courts either (assuming the original poster
was Dutch) but I had it removed from my contract anyway just to be sure :-)

But I don't know what would happen if you attribute the copyright to
your employer anyway even for the things you make in your own time, so
to be on the safe side I'd just put your own name and never put their
name their without their express permission (except if you really did
develop it in the boss' time).
