[mythtv] Upgraded to 0.5.34-52.rhfc1.at and now mythfilldatabase doesn't work anymore

Read the MythTV HOWTO.  XMLTV-0.5.34 only supports Data Direct for
North America, and no longer supports tv_grab_na.
