[mythtv] patch to mythmusic to be better at guessing songs

Following is a patch to mythmusic that makes it guess the song from it
filename if the id3 tag comes up empty, rather than the current
bahaviour of one or the other. The Ignore_id3 option still works, for
what it's worth.
