[mythtv] MythWeb Channel Settings Patch

I plan on making some more changes to MythWeb and submitting patches, but here
is the first.

This patch will allow you to set the "visible" tag for a channel in the
channel settings. 

Future plans:
- Modify search to only search through visible channels
- Add checkbox to search so that it can search all channels
