[mythtv] Some bugs (0.15)

This may have changed, or I could be incorrectly remembering past
conversations on here, but:

I thought at one point it was mandatory to have at least one tv card defined
on each backend.  I believe myth would crash/exit on startup if you didn't.
It may be necessary to make some more global changes in order to realize
that setup.
