[mythtv] problems with latest CVS vsync.c ?

You know, in my original tree I had that.  But when I ported it to a new 
CVS tree in preparation for posting, I missed it -- but I guess it's not 
needed on my system (Debian) for some reason because it works without 
it. <shrug>

It's already conditional on not building for Qt-embedded.  Is it 
reasonable to need OpenGL for everyone who builds for X?  We alreay 
require a pretty recent X -- Xv, Render, etc -- so I think probably so.
