[mythtv] Manual recordings in mythweb

No that's not it.

The sheduled programs page works, but i was talking about the recorded
programs page, the one with a preview image of the recording.

I set a one minute recording to be recorded right away, and it never showed
up in the recorded programs page in mythweb, not during the recording as
normal scheduled programs do and not after.
