The a/v sync appeard only after you did a seek right? And if you played it
normaly without seeking it stayed in sync?

The reason I as is that it coud have happened in two different parts of the
code.
During playback there is code that checks that the timestamps doesn't make
big jumps, if it does it makes some adjustments.
The other one is when doing seeks, it adjusts timestamps so they begin at
zero after a seek, problem is that it's done independently on video and
audio.

I'll do some testing.
