[mythtv] [PATCH] Resubmit of various patches not yetapplied

What I would suggest is that you remember the channel last used by
live-tv on a per-frontend basis, and auto-tune that channel when going
into livetv.  For example, if I was last watching channel 53 and then
exit livetv, when I go back to livetv (from the same frontend) it
should autotune channel 53.
