[mythtv] [Patch] DataDirect "Movie" category_type

Since switching to the DataDirect listing source, the mythweb "show 
movies" stopped working.  I traced it to the fact that the 
program.category_type field was not being populated for movies.  The 
attached patch seems to correct this, although I'm not sure it can lay 
claim to elegance :-)

This is a first contribution for me, so if I screwed up, please be gentle.
