i put that on www.teilifis.com/portage
oh and i updated mythtv-cvs to fix up the missing files 
(mythfilldatabase.cron, /etc/conf.d/mythbackend and /etc/init.d/mythbackend) 
which i had forgotten to copy over from the offical gentoo portage tree

it would have been useful to test on a machine without myth already installed 
:-)
