[mythtv] mythcommflag hangs on pvr250 files @ 99%

I have a mythtv recorded files ( mpeg2 pvr250 ) That I am trying to reindex
using mythcommflag -f filename --force. I also tried using mythcommflag -c
chanid -s starttime --force and a couple other options.  With still the same
problem it goes thru and at 99% it hangs up.   example

mythcommflag -v commflag --hogcpu -c 1012 -s 20040429190000

The system shows mythcommflag using 90% cpu when it is hanging.  I have
tried deleting all recodedmarkup records for the show.  The weird thing is
auto commercial flagging works so what could be different.  Anyways anyone
have any idea.

This is from mondays CVS ..  and it did happen on earlier CVS versions as
well..
