[mythtv] xmltv -> datadirect issues

ok, I had this big long email typed up about how cvs (from about 7 PM
PST tonight) was totally broken, but after I poked around a bit I
realized that it was just my configuration.

Anyway, long story short, there needs to be something in the "migrating
from xmltv" that tells you to reset your input cards as well as the
channel data (unless some other part of CVS broke this - maybe
mythtvsetup messed things up).  Regardless, I eventually reran
mythtvsetup AGAIN (having run it several times before), making sure to
clear out both the hardware AND channel data, and reconfigured my input
card.  Then everything works.

Anyway, I'm finally up on datadirect, just in time for my acct to expire
in 2 weeks.  heh.  Good thing it's free.  :)  (thank you zap2it!)
