[mythtv] where to configure datadirect?

Do you suppose this would work for resetting the auto_increment
on cardid from the capturecard table?  I haven't tried what you
suggested to me yet due to time constraints, but I did try to
ALTER TABLE capturecard AUTO_INCREMENT=1, which I thought should
have worked, however it didn't, without giving any errrors.
