[mythtv] Mythvideo faster navigation in video browser

Hi,

I have been using now mythtv for a while and mostly mythvideo.
I have quite many series and navigation with Video Browser is nightmare. I have to press too many times left or right arrow to find the right one.
So I changed videobrowser so that it navigates few (VideoBrowserNavigationStep) movies Left/Righ on pressing PageUp/PageDown.
I haven't done this with latest version of the CVS, and translation for VideoBrowserNavigationStep the value is missing. 

Well any way I'm submiting the patches.

This are my first patches, so be mercyfull. Any guidance how to make my work better is welcome.
