First of all, he isn't changing that line, it just shows up as a diff.
Second it contains a typo, thanks for noticing
Third for a belgium it sounds perfectly alright...

Other options

Keep it simple:
"Wilt u deze opname verwijderen?"

Of 
"Klik om deze opname te verwijderen"

Of

"Verwijder deze opname"

Of

"Bevestig om de opname te verwijderen"

Of 

"Bent u ervan verzekerd om deze opname te verwijderen"

Perhaps we need to vote or patch for it ;)
