[mythtv] [PATCH] Resubmit of various patches not yet applied

Watch Guide:
- Adds WatchTVGuide setting to the database and bumps the database version
(unnecessary)
- Adds configuration checkbox for this setting to Program Guide settings
- If enabled, the "Watch TV" menu item will immediately start the EPG
instead of starting LiveTV
- Changes the MenuHandler function in tv_play to a public function to
facilitate this

Watch Menu:
This patch changes the keybindings in Watch Recordings to what I believe are
more intuitive choices

TOGGLERECORD is now mapped to show the two choices of recording group
chooser and change group password MENU now shows the full list of actions to
be taken on the selected item. INFO is now unmapped

Anyways, I think the next step is to change the TOGGLERECORD function to
cycle through the recording groups instead of bringing up the pop-up it
currently does.  This puts the function in line with a similar function in
the EPG that toggles through recording types but I need a little more time
to work on that.

Add Transcode:
This adds "Begin Transcoding" to the OSD when watching recorded shows and
now also changes to "Stop Transcoding" when transcoding is already in
progress.

Menu Transcode:
This patch adds a Begin Transcoding option to the pop-up menu directly from
the Watch Recordings screen.  No need to play the video to start transcoding
(but the previous patch I submitted with this option on the OSD is still
nice for situation where you want to transcode during playback or after
editing a cutlist).  It also changes to "Stop Transcoding" if transcoding
has already started.

I hope these can be added to CVS
