Yes it is Festival. Works quite well and can speak most programme names and
even channel signatures pretty well. Don't think speech control hits high on
my personal agenda and to be honest I want to stop adding features in and
work on stability. My main second-phase is going to be support for Service
Providers so you can phone into it from the PSTN.

I agree. Recording of calls - voice and video - should be pretty easy and it
is on my todo list but as I said above, stability is my main concern at the
moment. Video answer-phones I did consider, but I ended up deciding VXML was
the best way to go to give most flexibility, so I will have to work out how
to extend VXML to handle video.
