[mythtv] [patch] cle266 intra|inter_matrix fix

1. Because the patch failed automatically, maybe because I'm using CVS? What 
version is the patch for?
2. 95% sure. I read it over carefully.
3. Yes
4. Everything works fine without both patches. Haven't tried combinations.
5. Nehemiah M10000 board.
6. Latest open-source stuff. Not using VIA binary drivers.
7. I'll try.
