[mythtv] in progress recordings and new scheduler

ok, i'm starting mythbackend like that now.  i also did some testing today
and i was not able to reproduce the behavior i saw before.  it restarted
the recordings as it should everytime.  kinda odd actually, not sure what
went wrong last night.  if it does it again i'll catch it though.
