Running CVS, minus today's update for the message logger. This is a
system with 4 capture cards, first two are on the masterbackend, last
two are on a slave/remote frontend. All four are available.

Basically, programs that are scheduled to be recorded are starting late,
but only if they are back-to-back with a program in front of them.

Here's the result from mythbackend --printsched last night:
Sesame Street 20 1020 14 07:00-08:00 1 13 13 A
0 13 0
30-Minute Meals - "Dinner Simplif 60 1060 14 10:30-11:00 1 13 13 C
0 13 0
The Real World - "San Diego" 29 1029 14 11:00-11:30 1 13 13 S
0 13 0

Here's what the mythbackend printed:

So, "30 Minute Meals" started on time at 10:30 and ran until 11:00.
"The Real World", which should have started at 11:00, didn't start until
11:00:54. Global post/pre-roll is "0", and there are no per-program
start early/end late for any of the programs.
