[mythtv] [patch] removing myself as a mythtv developer

Hi,

here is a patch to remove myself, and any associated copyright statements of 
myself as a contributor to the mythtv project. I would like to see this patch 
applied asap, so I can go on with my work without further worries about code 
in a gpl project. the code that i've made and contributed is released to the 
public without any restrictions, in other words do what you want with the 
crap.
