This may not always be desirable.  Both tuners being used may not have
access to the same channels...

Isn't that functionality already there in some form?  I mean, switching
the active window will accomplish this...

Now *that* is cool!

Now, multiple PIP windows and being able to cycle through them (or at
least more than the first 2 tuners) would be pretty cool too...
