[mythtv] Segfault when changing channels

I can answer that part... the MPEG blocks are 16 pixels on a side. 
Divide 1080 by 16... problems.  So the bottom 8 pixels in ATSC are sent 
but ignored.  I don't believe anybody ever added the special-case code 
to Myth to do so, though.
