[mythtv] [mythweb] - default theme alteration -> DefaultBig?

Hi all.

Having followed the thread on the users list about www.satlogo.com I
decided to try their icons on for since. Mighty pretty, but they don't
scale well with the Default theme as such. I have made a few
modifications that look much nicer with these icons, attached below.

Maybe this could form the basis of a 'DefaultBig' theme (or maybe we
just should have on/off fields for callsigns and variable icon x/y
values?)

Anyway, 3 diffs and two pictures that show off the change.

Diffs made with 'diff -u'. Hope that is correct.
