[mythtv] FYI: 2.6.7 and pcHDTV drivers work

Hi,

Just finished building the new 2.6.7 kernel with the 2.6.6 pcHDTV 
patches and no 4K stacks and myth et al seems to be working. Also build 
Nvidia kernel module 5336.
