[mythtv] [PATCH] Frontend Idle and automatic shutdown

This is neat, I think quite a handful people waited for that :-).
I will include that in my new SDWU stuff which is laying around here waiting 
to be finished and submitted. (Which doesn't mean, that it should not be 
commited right away, since my stuff probably needs some more time!)

I did not look at it in detail, nor did I patch my tree, but I think that'll 
fit.
