[mythtv] [PATCH] Fix for browse mode (and others using DoGetNextChannel)

My setup includes two capture cards, one with a sourceid that includes all
channels and another that only includes a subset of those channels.  In
browse mode on the subset input, the channels displayed were not matching up
to that input.  I looked through the source code and found that the
DoGetNextChannel in tv_rec.cpp did not include a sourceid match for the
channel and cardinput, so I added it and it solved my problem..

This is my first patch (ever--for any software) and I hope everything is in
correct format..
