[mythtv] [PATCH] mythweb recording schedules

I noticed that recordings in the record table have a channel assigned, even
if they're 'any time any channel'. One side effect of this is that in
mythweb, under the 'recording schedules', shows still show up with the
original channel. 

This was addressed in mythfrontend, so this is a similar fix.. Lets you sort
by station 'Any' (language def added to english.php as well.)
