[mythtv] [PATCH] Mythmusic: Node sorting

Hiya!

Here's a patch for MythMusic, which does the following:

* Case insensitive sorting of nodes in song-lists.

* Sorting of nodes in song-lists cuts out any prepending "The " (case
insensitive).

* When the node-tree is built, any prepending "The " (case insensitive)
is disregarded when looking for existing nodes. (E.g. Albums from the
band "The Doors" will be put under the node "Doors", if such a node
already exists. -- Another example: Albums with the band "Cardigans"
will be put under the node "the cArDiGaNs" if such a node already
exists.)

This significantly cleaned up my node-tree. Hope you all like it. :-)
