[mythtv] [Announce] Experimental DVB patch.

Hi Kenneth,

I am more than interest in you patch-set.
If you really want to stop developing it, may you send me your current 
sources and documentation (if you have something about the patch)?
I'd try to dig into then, and proceed developing it.
