[mythtv] Possible bug in 'separate video modes for GUI & TVplayback'?

I see kind of the same thing. If I set the GUI smaller than X res. to
compensate for overscan and have TV set to fullscreen the preview video is
not in the right place. This is when using the viaslice HW decoder.
