[mythtv] Anyone feel like fixing mythgame?

No, when you are in mythgame you see the two panes and probably in one
you have a list that says MAME, PC games, etc. If that MAME is selected
and you press 'M' you get a whole host of other options to manipulate
the behavior of xmame.
