[mythtv] [PATCH] ViaSlice QMatrix

I can reproduce the shaking text bug by setting my resolution to 
1280x1024, switching into live tv mode, and then switching back to 
the mythtv menu.  The screen looks like it's painted on the tips of 
grass blowing violently in the breeze.  Watching a video using 
mplayer fixes the issue.  Live tv mode looks fine throughout.

Ken, is there any reason to use libddmpeg 1.7 other than the field 
reversal?  I mean, is it just code aesthetics?
