[mythtv] [PATCH] crash/hang after recording live tv

With the latest version of the ivtv drivers I have seen an intermittent
problem where a callback for TV::updateLCD can happen after the current
player and recorders have stopped but before the new one has started when
pressing RECORD while watching live tv. 
When this happens the activenvp was still set to point to the old nvp which
had been deleted and would be used byt the updateLCD routine and would
either crash or 
lock mythfrontend.
This patch just makes the active. pointer null as well when the Teardown is
done to ensure that the now deleted pointers aren't used.
