The postprocess is actually enabled and functioning, what
has been disabled for it is it's usage of the qscale table
from mpeg decoding.

Also, it should probably mention the fact that the PVR350
and VIA HwSlice has hardware deinterlacing, which is probably
better for deinterlacing than any of the mythtv filters.
