[mythtv] patch - AlbumArt

This look like it fixed most things for me. 

2 small things I noticed  :

- The albumart preview seems to be a pixel bigger (or lower) than the
preview from the other visualisations. The bottom line of the image
stays when you switch to another visualiser.

- When I switch to (a song in) a folder that has no albumart image the
last image still is shown when I choose albumart.

Just shut me up if I'm being to critical... :-)
