[mythtv] [Draft] Filter documentation.

Here is a first draft. Please check this for incorrect or
mis-leading information, missing information, too much
information, the general layout or any other comments or
corrections.

The only thing that I was unable to understand was the
parameters to "quickdnr". The explanation may make sense
but I just couldn't sort it out. Please help me understand
this.
