That's what I remembered.  I just couldn't remember it! :)

My main concern with Joel's patch, which I should have stated earlier,
was the scalability of mixing the duplicate detection method (N) with
the detected duplicate policy (M) and presenting a potentially large
(NxM) choice to the user.  I think keeping them separate is the better
approach.
