[mythtv] patch - AlbumArt

Hello,

This patch expands the previous AlbumArt patch I sent to the list to a
couple of other areas that don't update the filename if a new decoder
isn't created when changing songs or reentering mythmusic.

Similar code exists in mfd but I don't currently use that so I left it
alone.  Thor may want to apply similar changes to that code.

Alternatively, you could change setInput to update the filename when a
song changes.
