[mythtv] scheduler

Ick.  The scheduler still isn't doing the right thing when presented 
with two "instant recordings" that are already running.

Hardware: 2xPVR-250 in the master backend, 2xM179 in a slave backend.

It's 8:01PM.  No recordings scheduled.  Go to Program Guide, hit "R" on 
"Hack" on CBS.  It starts recording.

Cursor down to Law & Order: SVU.  Hit "R".  OSD changes and says "Tuner 
Busy".  mythbackend shows
