New patch, with the change so that the db from TVRec is used.

I've included some other uncommitted changed from my tree also:
- cleanup of dvbsections (should be easier to add filters)
- changed signal monitor (should be ready for Martin Smiths patch)
- cleanup of reading from dvb demux device
- more parameters (i'll submit a patch which ties this with setup)
- cam messages is less confusing
