[mythtv] Install document change request

I was hoping that the maintainer of the docs wouldn't

mind adding a bit to

http://mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-22.html#ss22.1

(configuring PVR-250/350) about changing

the makefile in /ivtv/drivers to reflect the new version

of i2c.h, just to remind people that they should probably

uncomment the CFLAG line about i2c, due to the change

in version of i2c and get a compile error and stop.

(at least true for 2.4.22-26mdk).
