I did reply to those comments. I'm not clear how it decides which card is
going to do the recording - it would make sense for it not to prompt you
if you're watching live TV and there is a free tv card and just use the
second card (in which case, since my patch is a modification to the "Myth
would like to record..." prompt this would all work too). I don't really
understand how the scheduler works, or the advantages or moving this code
into the scheduler.

In the "view scheduled" screen it marks any recordings that are going to
be recorded (i.e. they haven't been overridden by a higher priority
recording, etc), but will be overridden if you happen to be watching live
TV at the time they're on.

On a system with multiple tuner cards, what decides which tuner card to
use if one of the tuners is being used for live TV? Would it not be best
to both choose the tuner card and do the live TV overrides in the same
place (is this handled in the scheduler?)
