[mythtv] Frontend crash with no useable video output

I'm using the latest CVS.  I disabled Xv and XvMC output before compiling
(I'm using PVR350 output).

I have some stuff recorded in MPEG4 format from my other card.  If I try
to play said stuff then the frontend crashes with "Not compiled with any
useable video output method".  That may be true but I don't think it
should just die... Maybe just return to the menu?  :)
