[mythtv] DVB mythfrontend crash with BT

Hmm, it seems Isaac removed the compilation of the postprocess files
when
he upgraded to shared libraries. I don't use filters at all anymore, and
moved away the old install when I upgraded to shared libmythtv+. I don't
know if anyone is actually using postprocess at all, since there has
been
no complaints about that either (at least to my knowledge?).
