[mythtv] underscan OSD only

I must be thick too, then.  I want the video to be output
completely unscaled - or exactly matching the resolution (its the
same for me), but to have the gui/osd scaled down.

Last time I tried I seemed to have to scale down everything, including
the video, and then scale the video back up again.  I couldn't figure
out how to get exact counterbalancing.

For now I gave up and just guess when bits of the gui are offscreen.

So if anyone can explain how to handle this I'd certainly appreciate
the effort!
