[mythtv] filter updates

Hrm, I'm having the same problem debugging this that I had before - when I 
perform the actions that trigger the denoise3d segfault in a release build, 
the debug build segfaults, even without any filters loaded at all, and gdb is 
unable to produce a backtrace.  I'm going to try setting up a less 
bleeding-edge test system again, and see if I can't catch the real problem 
that way.
