[mythtv] [PATCH] Blue theme useability

This has been bothering me for some time:

The normal and selected colors for buttons are the same. So in about 6/8 QT
themes I have tried, the current selection is still very illegible, since
we're just really relying on the qt theme's ability to put a shadow or
selection rectangle on a button, defeating it's own customizable
highlighting. I believe this is a flaw, more than a personal preference of
theme.

So I propose we just add a bit of contrast: the buttons are normally
slightly darker now, and the selected button remains the same light blue.
